Starting at Rt. #78, Transit Road, take Tonawanda Creek East on the North side of the creek from Transit 4 miles to the first Stop sign. It says Rapids Rd but will now be Tonawanda Creek also. Make a right at the Stop sign. To your left at "Y" 300 yards reads Plank but is really Rapids Rd and Tonawanda Creek Rd. 2 miles out on the left from the "Y" is West Side Boat Shop/Still Meadow Farm, #7661.

From RT #93 , make a left on to Block Church Rd. This turns into Tonawanda Creek Rd. Make a right at the first Stop sign. This is Rapids Rd and Tonawanda Creek Rd. Go 1 mile to #7661. On your right is the Home farm complex which has no sign.
