Leiser King

Leiser King

Designed and used by Gerhard Peinhaupt of Austria to win the World Championship in 1977. A reverse stern design places the greatest length at the water line, giving this design an increased turn of speed. Very stable and tracks well in heavy whitewater, buoyant yet turns on demand. Although an older design, it has proved itself superior to some of the newer, more radical designs. Winning the US Wildwater National Championship 1982, the Lieser King still retains US championship status.
